Neighborhoods

I work where I’ve lived, currently live or where I’ve sold homes for some time. Nothing beats an agent that knows the ins and outs of the neighborhoods you’re looking in. While you always know your own neighborhood the best, I have helped people rent and buy many homes all over downtown DC including Logan Circle, Dupont Circle, U Street, Shaw, Bloomingdale, Trinidad, NOMA and Georgetown. I have lived here for many years, so if you are looking anywhere in the DC Metro Area, not to worry, I can help.

Mount Vernon Triangle/Penn Quarter, Northwest DC

I live in the Mt. Vernon Triangle area of DC near 4th and Mass NW and we’ve been here since 2007 watching the neighborhood develop and grow. Things are really ramping up again as new restaurants, bars and retail open in the neighborhood all the time.  It’s a great place to live and a hot neighborhood if you’re looking to sell. The Capitol Riverfront Near National’s Ballpark, Southeast DC

I’ve been selling condos in this neighborhood since 2007 and have seen it grow and change from the ground up. If you are interested in exploring the options in this part of the city I have an in depth and intimate knowledge of what is there now and what will be coming in the future. You can’t beat this area as the hottest new place to invest in real estate in DC. Click here to learn more about the Capital Riverfront.

Northern Virginia

Over the last 20 years I’ve lived, worked and played in Arlington, Falls Church, Alexandria, Reston and even as far out as Round Hill, Virginia. If you’re looking someone who knows all the ins and outs of not only the neighborhoods but what it’s like to commute from them, I’m your girl. Click here to learn more about Northern Virgina.

Lake Anna

Our home is located on beautiful Lake Anna, Virginia, about 1.5 hours south of DC. We wanted to cut down our commute but didn’t want to give up the space of a single-family home so now we split our time between the lake house and our condo in the city.  If that sounds like something you’d like to explore, I’m happy to introduce you to life at the lake.
